GUIDELINES FOR CITIZENS
PLAN*B FOR ARKADIANMÄKI is an alternative Parliament house
which offers opportunities for the citizens to voice their opinion
and govern.
1. Participate in the PLAN*B Referendums
PLAN*B FOR ARKADIANMÄKI will organise a series of seven Referendums.
The Referendums are directed for the Finnish people but are open
for comments from others as well. The active voting period is from
24th of January to 6th of February 2005.

2. Participate in the PLAN*B projects
Share your predictions of the future in Long Bets or Utopian World
Championship! Participate in the Kill Everyone project or play a
game of Spastic Chess! Follow independent media and participate
in producing it! Establish your own nation-state!

Please join us for the presentations and discussion sessions
at the PLAN*B headquarters in Kiasma, Museum of Contemporary Art
in January-February 2005!
